I wonder if you can help me my name is Jack Ransome, i was born on the 11th July 1949, at about one year of age I developed osteomyletis, and was advised by my parents that I stayed at your hospital for over two years, and had regular check ups until abount age 8.

Any information you can give me on this would be much appreciated, or advise me where this
information can be found.
