Nursing Alumnae of Queen Mary's Hospital for Children

I was a patient from August 1967 to January 1968 and have fond memories of  fellow patients Theresa Green and Kay Strachn amongst many  others.

Also of  lovely nurses Anne Smith, Maria Etherington, Nurse Vogel together with  ghastly memories of Sister Granger who seemed to disapprove of everyone &  everything!

I also remember two teachers, Mr. Bates and Mr. Murtah who tried  very hard to make school as pleasant as possible which wasn't very easy.

Fond  memories of all the 'porters' who used to wave and talk to us  and  made us  young girls feel human!

Many laughs and many tears - time I will never forget!
