Nursing Alumnae of Queen Mary's Hospital for Children

This is a photograph I have had for many years, but I know or remember nothing about the people in the picture, other than what has been scribbled on the reverse. however, I assume I must have known the people when I was a patient at Queen Mary's.
It must be Summer, the boys are outside on the verandah, eating ice lollies.
If anyone could identify these people, I would be grateful.
